How to Use

• Face Mask: Mix 1 tablespoon clay with 1 teaspoon water or floral water and 1–2 pumps of carrier oil until smooth. Add 1–2 drops of essential oil if desired. Apply to face, leave for 10 minutes, then rinse and moisturise.
• Poultice: Mix into a thick paste with water, apply to gauze and place clay-side down on affected area. Secure with tape and leave for up to 2 hours—do not allow to dry completely.
• Mineral Bath: Add ½ cup to warm bathwater to soothe irritated skin and ease muscle tension.
• Always use plastic, glass, ceramic or wooden utensils—never metal.
