Common Uses

• All-purpose surface cleaner for kitchens and bathrooms

How to Use

• All-Purpose Cleaner: Mix ½ cup white vinegar, ½ tsp natural dish soap, 10–15 drops essential oil and 1 cup water in a spray bottle. Shake before each use and apply to surfaces. Patch test first.
• Cleaning Paste: Combine 1 cup baking soda, ¼ cup natural dish soap, 1 tbsp white vinegar and 10–15 drops essential oil. Apply with a microfibre cloth, leave 5–10 minutes, then rinse and dry.
• Room & Linen Spray: Mix 3 tbsp witch hazel or rubbing alcohol with 15–20 drops essential oil, add ½ cup water and shake well. Use to refresh air and fabrics.

Safety

• Do not ingest without guidance from a registered Aromatherapist or Natalopath. Essential oils are highly concentrated and can cause serious harm if misused.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets. Avoid use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
• Always dilute before applying to skin (2–4% dilution recommended; 1–2% for facial application). Undiluted oil may cause irritation.
