How to Use

Face Mask: Mix 1 tablespoon clay with 1 teaspoon water or floral water and 1–2 drops of carrier oil using non-metal utensils. Add 1–2 drops of essential oil if desired. Apply to face and leave for 10 minutes (or until partially dry), then rinse gently and moisturise.
Poultice: Mix clay into a thick paste with water, apply to gauze and place on affected area. Secure with tape and leave for up to 2 hours (do not allow to dry completely). Discard after single use.
Mineral Bath: Add ½ cup clay to warm bath water to soothe irritated skin and ease muscle tension.
Always use plastic, glass, ceramic or wooden utensils—never metal.
