The Mediroyal NRX Ulnar Deviation Splint supports the MP joints at the base of the fingers, where ulnar deviation associated with rheumatoid arthritis and other inflammatory processes can make gripping difficult. Its malleable metal core can be shaped by hand to stabilise these joints and support the arch on the palm side of the hand. It can be worn during activity or used as a resting hand splint to help reduce pain during sleep.
