The Mediroyal Proxi® DeQuervain Splint combines thermoplastic thumb support with the comfort of a soft textile brace. Designed for De Quervain’s, tendonitis and post-operative CMC surgery support, it offers stability with a fit that can be adjusted without heat. Its breathable, quick-drying Neptune material helps keep the brace comfortable to wear.

Fit Adjustment

Fold the thumb section to make the fit tighter, or open it out to make it larger. The textile can be trimmed with scissors, including at the extensor tendon opening to improve comfort. Do not cut over the integrated thermoplastic reinforcement or hook closures.

Surface Update

Mediroyal is updating the Proxi® thumb range from a matte TPU surface to midnight blue OP loop fabric, while keeping the thermoplastic designs unchanged. The updated fabric allows hook fasteners to attach across the whole surface and improves resistance to wear and tear. NRX® Strap can also attach to this surface for additional support.
