Key Benefits

• Naturally rich in menthol.
• Crisp, sweet-minty aroma with subtle herbaceous and floral undertones.
• Blends well with citrus oils, lavender and rosemary.

Common Uses

• Aromatherapy and massage.
• Household cleaning.
• Fragrance in candles and soaps.

How to Use

• Diffusion: Add a few drops to an aromatherapy diffuser.
• Massage and topical use: Dilute in a carrier oil before applying. For healthy adults, use a 1–2% dilution for general use (2–4 drops per 10 ml), or 0.5–1% for facial application (1–2 drops per 10 ml).
• Crystallisation: Due to its high menthol content, this oil may crystallise in cooler temperatures. Gently warming the bottle in a cup of warm water will return it to a liquid state.
