How to Use

• Diffuse: Add a few drops to an aromatherapy diffuser.
• Topical use: Dilute in a carrier oil. For healthy adults, use 2–4% for general application (4–8 drops per 10ml) or 1–2% for facial application (2–4 drops per 10ml).
• Bath: Add a few drops to a warm bath.
• On the go: Add 4–6 drops to a 15ml roller bottle and top with Fractionated Coconut Oil.
• Inhalation: Add 1–2 drops to a tissue and inhale.
