• Two reinforced elastic straps on the upper arm provide extra shoulder support.
• Sleeve-style support with front and back straps that secure around the opposite arm’s armpit.

How to wear

1. Insert your hand into the support sleeve.
2. Pull the sleeve up your arm to your shoulder.
3. Pull the front strap across your chest and the back strap across your back.
4. Secure both straps around the armpit of your opposite arm.
5. Check that the support fits snugly on your shoulder.

Sizing

Measure your chest circumference in centimetres to determine sizing.
