X-Lite Plus Thermoplastic Splinting Material

X-Lite Plus is a lightweight, low-temperature thermoplastic material for making custom splints and casts. It forms easily and quickly on the patient and combines a fine cotton mesh with a soft polyester fabric surface on one side.

Features

• Made with X-Lite Premium and an additional polyester layer, with strength similar to X-Lite Classic.
• Open mesh structure provides ventilation.
• Can be reheated repeatedly for remoulding, adjustments to existing splints or casts, and reuse of rolls and leftover material.
• Add layers to increase rigidity or strips to reinforce selected areas.

Specifications

• Construction: 100% cotton mesh base with a polyester fabric layer on one side.
• Roll dimensions: 15 cm × 1.8 m.
• Pack options: 2 rolls or 10 rolls.
• Colours: white or black.
